The Variomat moulder from Weinig Group can handle four-sided profiling and then finish-cut the end of the workpiece. End cuts like copes, tenon shapes, end matching for flooring, miters and panel edge cuts can be done on one machine.
Weinig Group and Friulmac have available a work cell that can produce up to 1,500 custom cabinet doors per shift. The Dimter OptiCut S90 saw cuts the stiles and rails to length. The rails are then transferred to the Friulmac T-Rex end-matcher, and meet up with the stiles at the end of the work cell. Changeovers are managed by MillVision Pro software.
Available in a range of working widths and thickness capacity, the Leadermac Hypermac moulder can be configured with two to 12 heads depending on the application.
